I have pivot pins for sale. These are 440C and the dim's are:

.3125x.065 flat head
.1875x.5 shaft
6-32 thread

They have a very nice finish. These are made in the USA! I am selling them either soft or heat treated to 55-57Rc. The heat treated ones are tumble finished.

Soft $1.75 ea
Hardened and tumbled $2.00 ea
