Completed Run knives:

Woodsmen:
KBT - Osage red liner
Brisbane - taking JTC's knife - Curly Hickory/EIRW

Both of these Woodsmen are just stunning!!!

Hunters:
Rockywolf - EIRW - waiting for sheath
Warren Higgins - Wenge/Maple - (great looking combo)
CMR3137 - Osage/EIRW - came out fantastic

Bushcrafters:
Irishguy - Paduk/Osage
EC - Hickory/EIRW - this hickory has been stained to bring out the curl, an experiment that went REALLY well. What do you think??

If you've "got" a Woodsman, and you don't claim it ...

Well, it won't be yours for very long.;)

Better hurry up.

That last bushcrafter looks absolutely stunning, Andy.
Can hardly wait for it.
Thanks :thumbup::D

Cheers
Eric

Edit:
Partial payment sent, Andy. The rest will follow in a few days.

Andy, how do you go about staining the hickory? I've been using some lately but when I try stain it just looks dirty, doesn't take very well, or deeply.

Andy

Stain is a misnomer. I used dye. For convenience, leather dye. Apply liberally. Allow to dry. Wipe down with a rag soaked with denatured alcohol.

Dye particles are a lot smaller than stain particles so they penetrate a lot deeper.
