Thanks my friend and I think you need to run for office so you can change those silly laws.Wow! Herder that is simply Gorgeous!
Being New Zealand it's almost illegal carrying around a wet tissue in case it hurts somebody, so "Flick" Knives as they are commonly know here instead of Auto's have always been illegal.
I have had more than one assertive discussions with Custom "officials" who have seized a Single edged knife in that has a false edge, and they are saying they are going to destroy it if I don't produce a permit. I would imagine the hassle of collecting Autos here, although I could see problems getting it past the arms officer to apply for a permit ( for each knife to come in), Daggers I have had permission by permit everytime- but NZ backward thinking of and Auto is uneducated to say the least, as you Neal mentioned,in the last podcast that todays spring assisted fire out as fast if not faster than an Auto.
Oh, and hey!!! Whats wrong with using a Travel agent Mike!, in my case of having quite a few connecting flight internally and externally there would be no other way, this topic will be debated over Beers!

Fixing my mistakesThanks Duncan and Charlie.
Having been at this hobby for more than a few decades, I still learn things on a regular basis and often from our guests on the show.
And that includes you two guys who keep me on my toes.![]()
What a great show.
People complaining about not finding a certain knife need to listen to Tom’s epic search for that knife. I felt his joy. Must of been an incredible feeling.
Glenn, I hate to admit it, but Tom's enthusiasm was just edited in similar to a laugh track on a TV sitcom.I definitely picked up Tom's enthusiasm for the hobby through his talking. He also brought back some memories for me of reading Boy's Life magazine.
Can't wait for Part 2!
