Being a recent convert to Benchmade I would have to say the Pinnacle. All around good utility knife with some tactical aplicability (drat, I said the T word!.
But, the AFCK and mini-AFCK are pretty good to. Less utilitarian, more T.

Corduroy, my Stryker also occasionally catches my thumb when closing. Not so much now that i am used to it but when i first got it, it would catch the nail every time.

My fav is the mini-AFCK in M2 HSS (plain edge). One awesome little knife!

The ever beautiful BM 705S, followed by the Fer de Lance, the BM 45 Balisong, and the Tsunami.
 
Well, of course that would have to be the 710. Followed by the 710BT.
