I was thinking about this last evening and the butt of the knife doesn't look like a Shark. I looked though the models thread and the angles of your pics and the model pics are tough to match up but it looks more like a Cuda based on the handle. The Cuda in the pic from the models thread happens to have a swedge, which might have been a one-off.
