Power hammer

I am Wanting to build a power hammer with a 100# hammer head
perferably motor powered. does any one have any advice to give? or does any one know of any plans for one?

I have one in work with about a 50# head and a 2hp motor which is working ok, but for 100#s Id suggest at least a 5hp motor. and make sure its not real high in RPM.

You can purchase plans for a 50LB through www.anvilfire.com just ramp up for the 100 lb or build two Look for the Dusty power hammer plans. Hmm how about an air hammer Check Abana, and do a search for Ron Kinyon, he did a little improvement on the air circuit.
