Problems?

I emailed Kizer about the status of the 2015 catalog They only show the 2014 on their website. This is the response I received. I don't understand why they can't keep more current in their communications if they really want to sell their fine folders. Thoughts?

I'm sorry that the response to your email was not fully satisfying. I will admit that we do have areas that we need to improve upon, but I hope that you can see that we are trying to give you the best information that we can.

We will have a all new flyer for BLADE 2015, so I hope you will have a chance to sample it. We are also working on getting our new 2016 Catalog ready for Jan. release and it will be a complete make over from the previous ones.
