Project- Herringbone Deadlock Model C (hand engraving/anodizing)

Ok...these inlays on my personal Deadlock have been screaming at me from the display case for 3 weeks I think this herringbone pattern is going to look amazing with the multi-directional satin finish I've been playing with lately I'm thinking gold borders with a blue weave and screws

Design cut in nice and deep, time to get it sanded out and ready for shading

beautiful work Chip.

seeing purples and blues and edges/borders seem to fluctuate between brass and silver.

but maybe thats just lighting effecting what im seeing on the borders. regardless it's wonderful.....

Yeah, gold borders but terrible fluorescent lighting
