Since there’s some righteous Farley fans here, I figured you fellas could appreciate this gem! I had it made from the gentleman at 50wwaayyss 50wwaayyss Hanks. Great guy and company to deal with! I love this one, makes me smile every time I see it and think about the skit 🤣

I’ve seen you post that hank before, and I’ll have you know that it is literally the only hank I’ve ever been interested in!

"Nah, I was thinking since she's the boss the others will come and hang out near here by the pen, that way I can load her easy in the morning and not have to sort off that steer." We went back and helped John gather up that cow the next morning so he could ship her out.

I think fences and gates are just "suggestions" to cows. When they decide they don't like that suggestion..they go.

I agree completely. In fact suggestion is the very word I used to describe the fences on our old ranch. However, saying you were going out and riding suggestions just didn’t have the same ring as going out and riding fence!
 
Went to a gun show today and got a knife haul. My wife was looking and and ask if I wanted a case Barlow for $5. So iof course I went to look thinking it was trash but I buy trash old knives to maybe fix one day... Anyways he had a bunch of knives all $4-$6. A lot were broken or Pakistan but I picked out this bunch and the guy said $40 couldn't even argue with that. (The case top left was $10 from another dealer 1977).

The black knife 5th down right is from Central City Knife Co. Phoenix NY. From the little I found im thinking late 1800s.

I don't know a lot about old knives...I like to study and look at the design and techniques the companies used back in the golden age of pocket knives. Thanks for looking....and if you have any info or questions about them feel free to ask.

He had a few of these. I picked the best one (condition wise) others maybe have been older and better idk. It's Italian made not sure if it was during the war or not. I'm ex Coast Guard so when I saw the marlin spike I had to have it. 1000018458.jpg

Love it. Yeah, there is something about a marlin spike. Once you've had and used them you have to have more.

That marlin spike is handy. I had an issued one in the CG by Camillus. I lost it somewhere along life's path but that spike came in handy for quite a few things.

We almost made it down there, had a last minute trip only a couple of hours away from you guys but our schedule wasn't having it. Next year for sure if the Beckerheads will tolerate an outsider 😁
