Radius contact wheel corners

Any way to do this accurately without a lathe? Like to soften my plunges when I hollow grind and alleviate the two inch marks a bit.

I have a lathe, but would not bother taking off a wheel.
If I wanted slight radius on wheel edges, would run the machine, track the belt off to one side then using a file or abrasive have at ’er until I was happy.

Don't screw up your contact wheel.
Just run the belt off the side of the wheel a little. That will soften your plunges.

I'm agree!!!
you make a lot of practice and you will see that you will not have two mark inch and you will have beautiful plunge lines
