I just got my hands on a Randall 3-7 which I was told was from the mid to late 60's. I will try to post some pictures and hope the experts can confirm this. The sheath is a roughback sheath but is missing the tie down strap and stone pouch but is in very good shape other than that. The logo appears to be fairly deeply etched and it is not as deep as my other early 70's Randall. The blade has a fairly nice grayish patina and appears to be in very good shape with a nice distal taper and the leather handles are solid. The hilt is aluminum with a rounded hex nut. Other than the sheath it looks to have been well maintained. The spacers are 5 in front and 3 in back and are thick other that the thin white ones separating the thick red and thick black ones. Does the late 60's appear to be correct or is this a later model?
