RD/RBS line?

It appears that this line has been discontinued. Any plans for an updated version, or has this line just faded away?

Some of them are still around, but there are currently none in production. That doesn't mean they're gone forever though. A lot of knives tend to end up being cyclical, and ours can do the same.
