Real deal?

Got this in a trade and since I almost always buy from authorized dealers I’m curious if this is authentic. It functions smooth and feels solid like a Benchmade. But that grind line jumps out at me, none of my other benchmades look like that. Also the thumb hole seems to be smaller than pictures online. The last thing is the butterfly logo is very faded, but I suppose it could be normal wear. What do you guys think?

The logo is oddly faded but wear could do it I went to BM site found a picture and it is tough to judge the grind line in pictures unless it is a side by side of real and fake.

I just compared your pics to my kids sheepfoot grip, and they are identical. I'd say yours is legit.

Looks legit to me also. The fading is unusual with a Benchmade, but very common with Emersons.

Looks good to me and I do have one. Put a good sharp edge on it and use it.
