Jeff, Like Strabs said, call the shop. If I remember right,
it costs something like $65 to $85. They will have to remove the
handles, that is what raises the cost. Not sure about the Basics. Hope this helps.
Just went through this myself. Sent my Mean Street in; being recoated as we speak. $65.00 covers removal of handles, prep of the blade (probably bead blast), recoat and rehandled. Expecting in back in my hands this week (two week turnaround time).
