I’m with you there, as I’ve had issues myself. I can certainly pass along that this seems to be one of the main concerns from people. I know Stick stood right up and went way beyond to make my situation right when I reached out to him after my poor customer service experience. But I doubt GSM will want to spend the money on hiring real agents. But that’s one of the biggest things they could do to repair the post LT image they have from a lot of people now.I would request that they supply good customer service and post sales support. Not going to happen, but I can dream.
I was kinda blown away when they re-released the 3 and 6 inches and not the 4. I'm hoping stickman comes and reads and knocks some sense into the uppers heads and makes it happen.....100% on board with the 4" Hold Out. I strongly hinted at a "regular" Talwar for Father's Day simply because the 4" knives are a bit more practical. I have a 6" Hold Out in my desk that is a hellova knife that I don't have much use for. The 4" would be great.
That’s messed up, and needs to be rectified.I sent in a Carbon V LTC that had two half moon chips out of the edge from soft/green wood. They sent me the import @ $30 Kukri machete as a replacement. I was/am not happy.
Did you fill out the online form or call to get the warranty replacement?I sent in a Carbon V LTC that had two half moon chips out of the edge from soft/green wood. They sent me the import @ $30 Kukri machete as a replacement. I was/am not happy.
When was that? If recent, keep in mind that CV has been discontinued for almost 20 years, so not sure how they could really make it "right". But agree that a machete is not at all equivalent.I sent in a Carbon V LTC that had two half moon chips out of the edge from soft/green wood. They sent me the import @ $30 Kukri machete as a replacement. I was/am not happy.
