I renewed my subscription on the PG platinum level As I could Not see the option to renew my gold level, was it eliminated? I would still like an answer, no that I am unhappy, bur why was it not available when it came time to renew.

I think you have to wait for it to actually expire before you can renew, otherwise you can only "upgrade" to a higher membership level. Gold won't be available to upgrade until you're no longer gold, so when you're current membership status would have expired.

Yeah it's dumb that it forces you to wait until your membership expires before allowing renewal but that's how it goes
 
I just ran out of messages and can't renew subscription. Is there a way to buy more messages?

Hi,
The message I am getting is "You have hit your 500 message limit"
I only have 128 total messages.
Can you let me know what the issue is?

I would like to keep the messages.

You're also limited to 200 conversations, so may want to check that too.
 
Messages are the individual posts within the conversation.

Thank you for the reply.
It would be helpful if the message count were much higher.
Generally each purchase on the forum will have multiple posts.

1. I'll take it message with my mailing address and the deal link.
2. Message to get payment email
3. Seller lets me know they got the $$
4. Seller sends tracking message
5. Thanks for sending tracking
6. Message from me "I left you Positive feedback" Thank you
7 . Message from seller indicating they left positive feedback.

Keeping the message has benefits
1. knowing what was paid
2. being able to trust sellers who are repeat business

More message count would make your "Platinum" folks
happier with the site.

I've been a member for 4 years.
Some of the sellers I buy from are excellent folks.
It is useful to have record of my buying activity.

69 or so conversations is a very small number.

Spark Spark , no biggie, know you got a lot going on, but just realized that while the Paid Subscription tab says Platinum has up to 200 convos, seems that the actual limit is 300, as evidenced by barkingspider2007 barkingspider2007 's screenshot above. May want to update that when you get a chance.

To clarify, I am using 69 conversations.
300 replies back and forth.
23% of the 200 conversations "
"Platinum membership" includes
I would like to get the 200 conversations I paid for.
