Replacement ASEK sheath?

Anyone know of a source for a replacement ASEK sheath? I know that Knifecenter.com used to have them, but they appear not to anymore, and I haven't had any luck anywhere else. Lots of sheaths out there for the strap cutter, but not the actual knife.
