You can ask Spyderco.
Depending on the circumstances, they will send you a screw/screws free of charge.
I bought a brand new Endura V-toku2 directly from a dealer, to make sure that it hadnt been messed with/taken apart. Ironically, thats the only Spyderco, I have ever had lose a screw. It went missing from the scales shortly after I received the knife. I had not taken the knife apart nor did I intend to. I wrote Spyderco and explained the circumstances and they asked for a picture of the knife. I snapped a few pics and they sent me a replacement screw in short order.
