replacing a leatherman saw?

I am considering purchasing a new leatherman to replace my PST that is about 7 years old. I would like to have one with a saw on it, but I am wondering if there is any way to replace or sharpen the saw once it becomes dull?

Leatherman has a great warranty. When the time came I would send it to them to take care of.
