Tell me if I am wasting my time doing a Blued finish on a knife...
On this Ringfighter I couldn't decide so I Blued it.
6 1/4" blade with edge quenched 1/4" O1, 11 3/4" OAL Dark streaked Cocobolo with NS pins.

Robert, lots of people are going to like that blued finish, I am not one of them. I love the look of steel and do not like it when the steel is covered up. A personal thing I know, but that is how I feel.

Edited so that I could spell Robert correctly.

Robert,
I closed my eyes and pictured that knife with a higly polished finish and a black/red/oak type tri-color dymondwood. AWESOME!!!! You keep up the good, NO SUPER work. The model A is holding up so well, again thanks. I OWE you a phone call, but you got grinding to do, and I don't have the cash just yet!!!! It is in my mind!!!!!!Ira

Thanks for posting the picture Robert. I'm not nuts about the Blued finish either.., but as mentioned.., just a personal preference. The work looks great....

money for all the beautyful knife on here!

Personally I liked the blued finish also - I like the look it gives the knife.
