Rob Simonich Boron Carbide Pikuni II

New toy that came in today :) Rob Simonich's Pikuni II design in D2 with a boron carbide coating. Handle scales are what Rob describes as straight carbon fiber. Instead of the standard weave pattern, this type of CF is in layers. When he contours the scales, the alternating layers show through. The fibers will reflect light to create a unique visual effect. :cool:
 
Boron Carbide looks to be about the nicest coating that I havw seen. I really like the way the carbon fiber looks as well.
