Ron: Where to get CrossCut splitring?

I need to replace the missing splitring for my CrossCut. I looked for the splitring that's supposed to be at the bottom of the vinyl sheath for my CrossCut, but it's not there. It probably fell out.

Where could I go get a few of those very small splitrings?
