rust on blade

Well my ole EDC came back today razor sharp from benchmade, but there is some small rust spots up near the thumbstud, what can I do about these?

Try some Flitz metal polish on a cotton cloth. If that doesn't work, try a 3M scrubber--the white ones are the least abrasive. Be careful with the scrubber; it can mar the finish.
