This knife is forged from 1/4" W1 drill rod. It's thin and light and will make a great slicer for detailed work.
Blade is about 1/8" thick with a gradual taper to the tip. It looks like it was taken directly from heat treat but it's not. The blade is cleaned up to remove scale then pitted to add age and blued to match the handle.
OAL is about 9", blade is 4.25"
The sheath is made from 10/12 oz leather, then covered in heavy black glove leather with a copper wrap. It has a clip for easy carry in a purse, pack or belt loop.
