Would it be possible for you to send out an email to the holder of each confirmed LE HEST/F ??
It would be kind of like a dry run of the payment request email that is to come later.
You could make the email I am talking about the "non reply" type email to cut down on your headaches.
That way everyone would at least know for sure that they were confirmed and in the system, as well as know exactly what for.
This is just a friendly suggestion / request.
I am locking this thread as soon as I post it.... because their is no need for discussion concerning this.
No need for a reply from you about it either, it I get an email... I'll know it happened.
