I've had a Rambler on my keys for a decade or so, but it has recently been replaced with an Executive in pocket. I don't need the opener of the Rambler, and I like the grip of the slightly longer frame of the Exec. Plus, in pocket carry vs. key ring suits me better. I admit, it is one more thing to remember before leaving home, but nothing is perfect. Yet as a gentlemen's knife it comes real close.
Carrying a second knife is still a constant, just something to slice an apple or a steak away from home.

Today and likely tomorrow's perfect carry combo.

The old Master Hunter is a great fixed blade. I find the handle a bit hard to clean properly, without a brush, after a skinning session but that's a minor issue.
