My wife and I dive. In each our our BCD pockets we keep a Salt H1. After every trip (saltwater), the pockets are dumped and everything is rinsed individually with soap/water then rinsed in fresh then air dried. One of the H1s is tough to open and the pivot is bleeding rust.
I've submitted a few warranty requests online. No response after almost 2 weeks. I called CS on Friday at noon and left a voicemail. Nothing.
