ok - since ther'es already a post on scratches...

I have a 10 year old Swiss Army Officers model, and the stainles ring around the crystal is fairly scratched up (nothing deep, just lots of light scratches). What's the best way to polish out scratches from stainless steel? Would a Dremel be useful? Or should I just let a jeweler do it?

BTW - you guys have now gotten me into watches!!

My b-day is coming up, and my wife got me a Seiko Le Grand Sport chronograph (can't wear it till end of July :( )

I also just got an Invicta Auto Diver (yeah it's a Rolex Sub knockoff, but a pretty good one). Tough little watch!
(btw - heard about Ashford.com here - bought both there - great place!!)

...last year, you all forced me to buy one of every LED flashlight made....

knives, watches, led flashlights...life is good :)

Now we need a power tool forum, and a single malt forum. Then I'll be completely broke!

:)
