Search feature?

I'm guessing you have to be a paying member just to use the search feature? That kinda blows:(
 
Read the very top post in any forum. It's been done because of server outages.
 
I'm O.K. with it. I just hope it gets put back the way it was quickly. The "View New Posts" page is the only one I go to. Searching through everything sucks.
