It depends. IMO, I think VG-10 does well at 30 degrees inclusive.
The factory angle IIRC are about 30 degrees inclusive give or take. If your Endura happens to be above 30 degrees, you might have to spend some time taking off the shoulders before you can actually sharpen the actual edge at 30 degrees. If the factory edge is less than 30 degrees, go ahead and use the 30 degrees.

I do 30 degrees inclusive on all my Spydercos except my warehouse D4. I have a 30 degree primary bevel on that one but I use a 40 degree microbevel to get a stronger edge. It does get some abuse. Wire... staples... steel posts...
