Mangoes cutting skin first go, tomatoes as well, no extra weight/force applied except that of the knife held between forefinger and thumb LOL. If one's knife blade can't do that then it simply isn't sharp full stop. Although to add to the humour here; if one simply looks at their blades and gets a cut on the fingers, then that is def sharp LOL!

BTW certainly, all these crazies cutting sheets of A4 paper is zero indictor of sharpness; just think about how many times you've cut paper with blunt scissors LOL!
