A lot of knives with pretty covers have been posted in this thread. I've posted a few myself but have to include one with yellow delrin/composite covers. It's just a classic cover material and color. Not restricted to Case (shown here) but inclusive of many manufactures/cutlers that produce such covered knives.

My taste keeps changing.

This Thistle Top has my first love, dense dark ebony.

Always loved jigged bone. Charlie's Lambfoot and this Brimstone are nice examples. (So many other makers have amazing examples (such as Case) too many to show))

I got a couple coming this week that I think will be my prettiest so hopefully I can get a picture in this thread.

So many beautiful knives.
 
A knife with "regularly textured" covers tends to appeal to me both visually and tactilely. One common example of this is Victorinox Alox knives, such as this pruner:

I often consider (non-silver) colored Alox even prettier when it has some pocket-wear:
