shtf sword

I am looking for a sword. I want 5160, and horse stall mat (is that stuff any good) with a 20 plus inch blade and around a nine inch handle. Prefferably like an extender swamp rat rucki. (Wakizashi style blade) or other super robust, single edged, full tang 1/4 inch plus thick sword. HERES THE CATCH I only have a MAXIMUM budget of around 150 dollars. I know this is not very much but everyones pretty tight on funds right now including me. I have a feeling no makers will take this on but if you could send me/post up some of your preliminary designs I would be thankful.
