Chopping aside, how would you rank these Busses 6" and under on pure cutting and slicing ability?

Basics (3 and 5)
Ergos (Badger Attack, Natural Outlaw)
CG Satin Jack
CG Paul's Hatchet

I left out the ZT line, custom variants, and older models (but feel free to comment). I figured 3/16" inch blade would outslice a 1/4", and same for zero grind over asymmetrical.

Blade weight and the balance of the knife figure in, but from their geometry I suspect that the Ergos and maybe PH would be best since their blades are widest, and all of them are 1/4" thick. But I'd like to know how the Basics and SJ compare :)

1WB is probably right. However, I bet the PH also can really slice. Its blade is so WIDE! If I was looking to improve slicing performance (sacrificing some durability), I would try to really thin down the edge.

Really? 3/16" INFI on CG and LE? When did this take place? Oh man I would really like to trade my 1/4" CG for a 3/16" CG...
