"smoke" is simply positive thoughts, prayers, well wishes...sometimes (but not necessary) with the smoke of incence.
All are welcomed and appreciated and come under the general term "smoke". :)

I have asthma, and can appreciate the feeling. For those that don't have it, imagine running the 100 yard dash, then trying to breathe through a soda straw.

Best thoughts go out to you (I hesitate to send smoke to a guy coughing so bad). You gotta see the doctor and take care of yourself, we need you around here.

Thanks to a clandenstine source I just happened to have 8 days of a super antibiotic for which I am very grateful.

I'm going to have to fire another Dr. I got a call in this morning that was answered back about 10:30 and was told that I'd have scripts called in *soon.* The nurse called me back at 4:45 p.m. to tell me she was calling in a congestant blocker and to get some Delsym over the counter cough medicine.
With my health issues things hit me fast and *hard* and I need a Dr. that realizes that and takes care of me accordingly.
I've gone to this mousy little (man?) long enough, today was his last chance and he blew it.:thumbdn: :mad: When we're at his office and happen to pass him in the hall he cowers down in a manner that suggests, "Please don't hit me!!!!"
But it's entirely possible that he acts like that for a reason.
Maybe another person with severe health issues already poked him a good one, wouldn't take much I guarantee!!!!
I miss my previous doctor, Dr. Shaw, a *Lot.* I could call his office and the ball would be rolling within two hours at the worst and usually within an hour, and he treated everyone that way!!!!:thumbup: :cool:
And if he thought I needed to come in he would see me that day regardless!!!!:thumbup: :cool:
I'm really happy that he got a big promotion and is now the Dr. in charge of the E.R. at St Johns Medical Center but a lot of people sure miss him besides me.:(

I'm a little better today thanks to the Smoke and the antibiotics but my chest still hurts like the blazes and when I cough now I don't get anything up so my throat is an inflamed mass of soft tissue.
But on the bright side of things this is the first time in maybe a couple of years that I have even had a chest or head infection.
My family respects me enough not to come around if they're having even a bit of the sniffles because they know I have a weak immune system.
I shouldn't have went to WallyWorld and Reasor's (a really nice Supermarket that sells *Real Buffalo Meat!!!!*)
It dayumed sure appears that I picked up something I dayumed sure didn't want!:(

My father in law's Dr's (or more to the point his coverage) are worthless too. He's got to just fight his way through the system to get any care. My boss wonders why I drive so far to get to our guy. He doesn't like prescribing meds, but he gives good care. Good nurses too. Quick with the referrals, good choices of specialists. I think thats just too rare these days. Our out of pockets have risen drastically though even though he is in network. Well I hope you are well soon Yvsa. More prayers from here.
 
I"m thinking chugging the brews is just as good as anything else:D Go to the ER and see your real dr. I went last night and they finally gave me a good antibiotic cause the Er guy isn't convinced it has anything to do with allergies and asthma.

So Yvsa, go in and get taken care there. It's still covered under insurance isn't it??:grumpy:Don't wait until Monday, you could really be in the bad house.....
