I wouldnt say shamwaris are “drop shut” i have two that most definitely are not, and one that kinda is.
Shirogorovs, they started this whole drop-shut bruhaha.
Edit: and if they didnt start the “drop-shut” movement...they sure helped get it going. Lol.
Edit Edit: If anyone knows of a drop-shut knife on pb washers and no blade play...then ill be impressed. The list so far is knives on bearings with good to great tolerances.
