*SOLD* 8" AEB-L Euro Chef in Honduran Rosewood Burl

Hi all,
I'm posting this 8" Euro Chef for sale today. It's AEB-L stainless steel heat treated to RC62 including LN cryo. The handle is absolutely beautiful and rare Honduran Rosewood burl with hybrid accents. The pictures really don't do it justice.


SPECS:
OAL: 330mm (13")
BLADE: 205mm (8") long, 49mm (1.9") heel height. It has been hand finished to 800grit. The grind is hybrid full flat/convex which is down to 0.008" before sharpening.
STEEL: 2.5mm (0.098") AEB-L stainless steel heat treated to RC62 including LN cryo.
HANDLE: Honduran Rosewood Burl with blue and gold hybrid accents. The liners are black G10 and natural linen micarta and the pins are natural micarta.
