Hi all,
We all have the foodie/home chef on our Christmas list, this one is available in the nick of time.
It's a sleek CPM154 paring knife that is ground thin and ready to help out in the kitchen or would be right at home as a Bird and Trout knife as well. It's heat treated to RC61 and it's hand sanded to 600 grit. The grind is compound full flat with convex towards the edge. The handle material is some beautiful K&G stabilized Asian Satin Burl


SPECS:
OAL: 8"
BLADE: 4" long, 1" wide. The blade has been hand sanded to 600 grit. The grind is compound full flat/convex. The edge is down to 0.006" before sharpening. The spine and choil are rounded for comfort.
STEEL: 0.098" CPM154 stainless steel heat treated to RC61 including LN cryo.
HANDLE: K&G Stabilized Asian Satin Burl with black micarta liners and pins.
