Found it in my drawer...

DIY Elmax 3.78 mm thick and 100 mm long blade for someone who has aby idea how to finish it.
Hardened to 59 hrc secondary hardness.
Can stonewash it and sharpen.

Any questions welcomed..

As you can see chamfering is all around the blade - tang also.

What included?

1. Sharpened blade - can make stonewash also.
2. Scales with G10 black - not equal - needed to be done
3. 2x brass tubes
4. 8 x imbus screw sandblasted or not M4 size with A2 stainless steel
5. 2x ABS 2 mm for the sheath
6. 5 black brass eyelets for the sheath
7. 1x Big Tek lok as belt fitting
8. Black reflective paracord 550 -> 60 cm for the line hole.

Can also do like this or simillar.
Then use some epoxy resine or super glue..
