Submitted for your consideration today, is a Benchmade AFO II user.
I am the original owner, and this blade has served me well, w/ zero issues, and now I’m hoping that it can continue to do the same for another individual. The handle shows quite a bit of use...scratches, scuffs, dings, & dents. You name the type of finish imperfection, this baby has it. The clip itself is also scratched up. I tried to showcase some of these types of flaws in the images underneath.
The black coated 154cm blade looks much less used than the handle, although it still shows some scratches/scuffs to the coating. It’s been put to the sharpmaker & strop a couple times, & takes an edge rather easily compared to many of my ‘super steel’ blades. Also, blade is off center, favoring the clip side, w/ no impediment to function.
The action is solid & strong. It still opens with authority. I’ve tried to be as critical as can be. While this is definitely not one for collectors, it’s got a looooong service life ahead of it.
