I have a brand new Tier1 Xiphos V2 Concealed Carry/Appendix Carry holster for the Glock 43/43X. I ordered it with a bunch of upgrades UltiClips, Wedge pack, upgraded Kryptek Raid pattern, even a sticker pack. It really is a great holster and I think Tier1 does some great stuff, I just never ended up carrying my 43X. These holsters are custom so I had to wait about 6 weeks to get it.
