If no one ends up having any extras they want to part with, the screws you need are M2.5x.45 in a 5mm length. If you don't mind using Phillips or Allen head screws instead of Torx, you can usually find them on ebay. They're often just listed as M2.5x5, so double check and be sure the pitch is .45 (there is also a .35 pitch in 2.5mm size, which you don't want). Knifekits.com has them in Torx head, but only in shiny stainless finish. You'd probably want to go with the .230" length and maybe file a little off (though I'm not sure it would be necessary).
