I seldonly post on this forum, usually staying at the Shop Talk, but as I liked this pic I though that posting it here might be a good idea. I was going to picture the big Spartan choppers I just finished then decided to take this group shot with all the Spartans I have at home including the ones I had already shown on another thread (on Shop Talk).
The top one´s blade is slightly under 10", and the botton one is 9 1/4". Both are 1/4" thick 5160 steel, sellectivelly heat treated as you can see by the clear temper lines.
For the botton knife I used a typical handle shape seen on some Sorocabanas, called fishtail or horse hoof due to its shape, and it completelly locks the hand in the handle. This one is shorter but it feels heavier in the hand, while the longer one has a straighter handle and is more maneauverable (spell?).
Let me know what you think.

Thanks for your comments, buddies.
Brian, yes, they are all acid etched.
