So I found a decent spot that holds the sak tweezer in the arc under the saw:
It doesn't move or shake out. It's actually quite a nice spot. Open the saw and the tweezer can be had easily, close the saw and its secure. The saw and plier head keep the tweezer in place even when the tool is in the open position and the pliers are being used.
