[This is a repost of something I just put in the Feedback forums: Good, Bad, and Ugly. It's about giving credit where credit is due.]
This should be no news for everyone on BF, but I felt it was necessary to post for future reference.
Spyderco's customer service is, has been, and always will be outstanding.
I have 4 endura's, a delica, and a dragonfly - all of which get routine use.
Whenever I send them back to spyderco, they come back sharp and in outstanding condition.
I recently inquired about purchasing one screw to replace a stripped one for my endura. Spyderco sent me three + a tube of loctite, FREE.
Two screws went back into my endura to replace the worn ones, the other went into a missing one from my delica.
Just a message from a customer/user of spyderco products of 13+ years.
