dose anyone have an opinion on the spyderco ultra fine ceramic hone for cutting new bevels on realy blunt razors,any imput would be greatly appreciatedon the above subject

Ultra fine are not good at removing metal. They're excellent for making an already sharp knife even sharper.
I suggest you use the medium (brown on the Sharpmaker) stones.
