Steak knife steel

Love those wood plates. We eat red meat almost daily... And using different knives is a big part of the experience. I am eager to make my first set of steak knives. I am familiar with CPM 154, but will probably try AEBL.

if you pay for cpm154 and liek aebl dont look past XHP in the testing its finer then cpm154 and maybe aebl easy to run rc62-63 and finishes soo nice
