These are about 8.5" in length!

Les de Asis recently requested a special pair for cooking which ties in with your "long set" comment.

:thumbup:If you haven't heard of him, it's a shame, Alan Folts has been making some really gnarly titanium chopsticks for several years. Alan's tactical chopsticks have been the measuring stick(s) for all others, who latched on to Alan's innovative shirttail to follow.
Snody, I really like what you have done with the carbon fibre.

These carbon fiber blow away my titanium chopsticks. Beautiful, beautiful work. Oh, man, it can get expensive living in a world where everything improves! :D
