I knew it! I didn't scroll down immediately but I recognized the blade shape, those knives used to be super common in all fishing / diving supply stores when I was a kid.
Technisub in Italy was like a sister company to the larger french company La Spirotechnique.
Technisub was founded by Capt. Luigi Ferraro a Royal Italian Navy (after 43 he joined Decima Mas) Frogman famous for the sinkage of 3 british cargo ships in the bay of Iskenderun in Turkey.
