Yes, it is a shame that Ted can get away with this for so long. I think he knows that most people won't go through all the trouble to file a civil case against him.
One of the very first steps I took with this matter was to call my local police dept. to see what could be done. They said since Ted lived in Michigan, it was out of their jurisdiction. I called the local police dept. of Clarkston, MI and spoke with a detective there. He said he could not take a complaint over the phone, and I would have to come to Michigan to file a complaint against Teddy.
I live in Kansas, so I am trying all the other means of filing complaints first. I still may have to make a sidetrip to visit with his local police dept. about this matter, since I go to Indiana a couple times a year.
Ted has been unloading his Blackjacks at a reduced price from what he thought his "mint" knives were worth. I am only hoping that this forum has helped to spread the word about what a complete dirtball this person is.
